The luggage is cleared through Customs & Excise and is driven straight to the recipients address, upon delivery a POD (Proof of Delivery) is obtained and can be text, emailed or phoned through to the airline.
This is useful for those consignments that are less important but which do need to be at their destination by the next day. We can also arrange timed deliveries for before noon, before 10.30 am and before 9am. There is a weight limit of 32kgs per item for this service.

Too much luggage to fit in your vehicle? We can help, by arranging delivery of your excess luggage, this can be collected from yourself at the Airport, dropped off at our offices, or if you have had if forwarded to an agent we can arrange collection from there.
Taken the wrong bag? It happens! We can arrange for your luggage to be collected from the airport, forwarded to your address, and the item you have taken to be forwarded to the correct person.
Forgotten to collect an item of your luggage from the carousel? Not a problem, give us a call and we can arrange collection from the Airport and deliver it to your address.
Commencing in 2007 as an extension of our Baggage Facilities Service, we are proud to be able to offer an “all inclusive” service to our airline partners. By extending our baggage service and carrying out the delivery element, we can ensure full control right from when we recover a delayed or lost bag, right through until we reunite it with the passenger. Arvin Aviation is the only company in the UK who can offer such a dedicated and seamless service. Our drivers are all experienced with the delivery of luggage and realise that when you utilise Arvin Aviation they become an extension of your company. With this in mind, all of our drivers are smart, presentable and polite at all times, but above all, they have a proactive approach to customers by ensuring passenger contact is facilitated as they understand the anxiety experienced by customers who have been unfortunate enough to have there luggage misplaced.
Our vehicles are plain as to ensure we don't advertise we are carrying personal belongings. We operate with the maximum of insurance and offer airline customers such as Emirates, Brussels Airlines and Aer Lingus the range of services shown opposite.
